1. Service Agreement

By engaging Value Gardening Expert for landscaping and garden design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to garden design, landscaping installation, maintenance, and consultation.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project scope. Design consultations require 50% deposit upon agreement. Installation projects require 30% deposit to begin work, 40% at project midpoint, and 30% upon completion. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on scope, weather conditions, and permit requirements. Delays due to weather, permit issues, or client-requested changes may extend completion dates. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 1-year warranty on plant materials and 2-year warranty on installation workmanship. Warranty excludes damage from weather extremes, improper maintenance, or client modifications to installed systems.

5. Liability and Insurance

Value Gardening Expert carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation. Our liability is limited to the contract value. Clients are responsible for marking underground utilities and providing accurate property boundaries.

6. Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Project cancellations after work begins are subject to charges for completed work and materials ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once work commences.

7. Maintenance Services

Ongoing maintenance services are provided under separate agreement. Services include pruning, fertilizing, pest management, and seasonal care. Maintenance agreements require 30-day notice for cancellation.
